A black and woman-owned studio, we have been a place for community and wellness since 2003, when we opened our first Studio on Flatbush Ave. We value diversity and are proud to offer a variety of practices to the community we live and work in. We offer various class types, from the classic Hot 26&2 series to Yin Yoga.

In addition. Our classes and services are taught/performed by certified, experienced instructors and practitioners. We hope to encourage you to maintain regular practice to promote and support your well-being.

    Since our inception in 2003, with the opening of our very first studio on Flatbush Ave, we have continually served as a focal point for building and nurturing a sense of community and promoting overall well-being. Our commitment to diversity is not just a priority but an integral part of our identity. We are immensely proud to offer a wide spectrum of practices, each thoughtfully curated to cater to the diverse needs of the vibrant community we both belong to and serve. Our journey, spanning nearly two decades, has allowed us to grow alongside the people we've had the privilege to touch with our offerings, and we look forward to many more years of fostering inclusivity, health, and connection.
